The Fun Forty-Eight is a relaxed day full of fencing. If time and entries permit, the day starts with a friendly team match then the main tournament starts with four rounds of mixed pools and no elimination of fencers.

About The Event
The Fun Forty-Eight is a relaxed day full of fencing. If time and entries permit, the day starts with a friendly team match then the main tournament starts with four rounds of mixed pools and no elimination of fencers. By the end of the day you are fencing a final pool of fencers of a comparable standard so everyone is in a ‘final’.
Medals are awarded for the top three in each pool and there are equipment vouchers donated by Leon Paul - Scotland for the winners of the top three pools.
There are fun spot prizes and entry now includes a free prize draw for an electric weapon.
