A pre-season training camp for learning footwork and bladework drills. 

Training will include tactical and technical fencing exercises, video review, reaction timing, queue training, fun circuits, stop time fencing, group exercises and individual sparring.

Participants should bring a packed Lunch, full fencing equipment, water bottle, towel and a tracksuit/hoodie to go over their whites to keep warm during discussion sessions.
